What is your production time and shipping time?

Production time is usually 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping is tracked and delivery time depends on the destination.
DHL Express is tracked and is usually the fastest option.

If you need your order by a specific date, please message us before ordering with your event date + country, and we’ll recommend the safest option for your timeline.

Custom and personalized orders

Many items in our shop are made to order and personalized with names, dates, or custom text.

Because personalized and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, they can’t be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

If a listing shows a different return policy, the listing policy applies.

Size details

Each product’s size is listed in the description and/or shown in the listing photos.

If you need a custom size, please include the measurement unit (inches or centimeters) to avoid mistakes.

Can I change / add items to my order ?

Yes - as long as production has not started.

Because many orders are personalized and produced quickly, changes or additions may not be possible once production begins.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please message us as soon as possible with:
1. A clear photo of the damaged item
2. A clear photo of the packaging
3. A clear photo of the shipping label

Please keep the item and packaging until we review the issue.

Depending on the situation and your deadline, we may offer the best available solution, such as a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Are your metal signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our metal signs are made from weather-resistant metal with a durable finish and are suitable for outdoor use.

How far in advance should I send names/personalization?

For event orders, the earlier, the better.

As a general guide:
• Standard shipping: please send names at least 2–3 weeks before your event
• DHL Express: please send names at least 8–10 days before your event

For larger orders, we strongly recommend ordering even earlier.

Will I receive a proof before you make it?

Not automatically.

Because we begin production quickly, proofs are only provided when requested in advance or when needed for the design.

If you need a proof, please message us before ordering. Please note that requesting a proof may extend the processing time.

Customs & duties

Import charges depend on the destination and shipping method.

• EU: no import charges at delivery
• Eligible U.S. DHL Express shipments are typically sent with duties prepaid (DDP)
• Other destinations may be subject to customs or import taxes according to local rules
